Team Building on the Proposed Collaborative Partnership for Youth in Climate Action program.

Over three impactful days from 14 to 16 January 2025 in the Kampong Samaki Fishing Community, Kampot province, four CSO partners conducted the team building with 20 participants, including (10 females), The four organizations’ partners such as the Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC), Partnership of Environment and Development Organization (PED), Khmer Youth Association (KYA), Jesuit Service Cambodia (JSC), Action Aid Cambodia (AAC), including youth network from target group.
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Team Building on the Proposed
Collaborative Partnership for Youth in Climate Action program.
Objective, The Team Capacity Building of the Proposed Collaborative Partnership for the Youth in Climate Action program is underpinned by several compelling reasons:
• To develop a shared vision, mission, core values, and criteria for collaboration among the participating organizations.
• To develop a strategic plan and activities for joint action on youth engagement.
• To conduct a baseline survey on youth engagement in Cambodia.
• To enhance the research capacity of the participating organizations.
Through team-building activities, strategic planning, and the development of internal documents, we laid a strong foundation for collaboration aimed at enhancing youth engagement in civic, political, and environmental issues.
Together, we are making strides toward a greener Cambodia!
