On November 29 to December 1, 2025, the Cambodian Youth Network Association and Orida organised a “Youth Camp on Career Orientation” Program with a total of 25 participants, 13 women and 1 LGBTQ+ at the Vkirirom International School of Kampong Speu province. This program 4 aims to build the capacity and confidence of young people to participate in the job market and be well-prepared for job market opportunities. The program has specific aims: to develop understanding of goal setting and skills that are relevant to the profession, teach young people how to write a CV/Resume and prepare for job interviews, provide knowledge about writing small projects, and create a network of contacts between young people and professionals.

The results of the participants’ understanding of the experience in preparing themselves to get a suitable job are as follows:

1. Participants learned how to write a resume, 2. Participants learned how to write a cover letter,

3. Participants learned how to use job search strategies, 4. Participants learned job interview skills,

5. Participants learned how to perform job interviews and practice interviews through 6 groups, and there were two sessions 6. Participants learned from the overall reflection of the program, including learning points, feedback from participants, and the feelings of young people in the participants’ follow-up plans that were shared with young people.
