Cambodian Youth Network Association Organizes Mangrove Planting and Youth Engagement Event
On May 18th, 2024, the Cambodian Youth Network Association (CYN), in collaboration with CSOs and participants of the 1000km Cycling Campaign, successfully planted 250 mangrove trees at the Kampong Samaki Forestry Community.
This impactful event transcended tree planting, fostering a dialogue on the crucial role of youth in safeguarding Cambodia’s natural resources. The 13-day Cycling Campaign, led by 45 dedicated young individuals, served as a powerful precursor to World Environment Day 2024, raising awareness and advocating for environmental rights across Cambodia.
