Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E. Mr. Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology , Member of the MRC Council for Cambodia, emphasized: “Our vision is that of an economically prosperous, socially just and environmentally by one individual organization, government, institution or sector alone”

“It talks joint efforts and synergy from different actors, capacities and perspectives, aligning our contributions and engaging in meaningful partnerships to enhance the opportunities and tackle challenges in our Mekong basin as we make our journey down the road”.
