5 Mother Nature Cambodia arrested Infront of the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal and Prosecutor General of Phnom Penh Court of Appeal

On 2nd July 2024, 5 Mother Nature Cambodia, namely 1. Mr. Ly Chandaravuth, 2. Mr. Thun Ratha, 3. Ms. Phoun Keoreaksmey, 4. Ms. Long Kinthea has presented Infront of the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal and Prosecutor General of Phnom Penh Court of Appeal. But Mr. Yim Leamghy has been disappeared since 7:15am in the morning.

5 MNC activists jailed after being found guilty:

Ly Chandaravuth, Thun Rutha, Long Kunthea, Phuon Keoraksmey, Begn Piseth, Pork Kheory, Rey Raksa (these last three have not attended trial): 6 years in prison on plotting article 453

Sun Ratha (not present in the trial or for today’s verdict), Alejandro Gonzalez Davidson(not present in the trial or for today’s verdict), Yim Leanghy to 8 years in prison and 10 million riel fine on plotting and insulting the king (453 and 437)
